Our guidelines for refunds and purchase exceptions

Kabra AI – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines Kabra AI's stance on refunds for all purchases made through our platform. By using Kabra or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Kabra AI—including subscriptions, credits, or any digital features—are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Due to the nature of our services (AI-generated analysis, digital insights, and market tools), we do not offer refunds or partial credits under normal circumstances.

2. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time.

However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription or plan.

Auto-renewing subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

3. Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)

While refunds are not guaranteed, we may consider requests under the following limited conditions:

  • Duplicate Charges – You were accidentally billed more than once for the same item
  • Non-Functional Access – You were unable to access purchased features due to persistent technical issues that our support team could not resolve
  • Fraudulent Activity – If your account was compromised and used to make unauthorized purchases (must be reported immediately)
  • Local Legal Requirements – We comply with any mandatory refund rights in your jurisdiction

Refunds, if granted, are issued at our sole discretion and only to the original payment method.

4. Trial Periods and Subscriptions

Kabra offers a free trial that includes 10 tokens, allowing new users to explore the platform before making any purchase.

Free trials do not convert automatically into a paid plan.

Users are free to continue using Kabra with limited features or upgrade manually by purchasing a subscription or token pack.

Subscriptions (if purchased) renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

Canceling a paid subscription after renewal will not result in a refund, but you will retain access until the end of that billing period.

There are no hidden charges or auto-billing at the end of the free trial. Users remain in full control of when and how they upgrade.

5. Virtual Items

All virtual items (e.g., tokens, credits, enhancements):

  • Are non-refundable
  • Have no monetary or cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • May be forfeited upon account suspension or termination

6. Platform-Specific Purchases

For purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play):

  • All refund requests must be handled through those platforms
  • We do not control or process refunds made through app marketplaces

7. How to Request a Refund

To request an exception under Section 3, email:

  • Your name and email
  • Purchase date and receipt/transaction ID
  • Reason for the request

Please allow 7–10 business days for a response. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.

8. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • EU/UK: You may have the right to withdraw from certain digital contracts within 14 days if use has not begun.
  • California Residents: Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) remain unaffected.
